We had an awesome trip with friends! The rooftop pool was a highlight and perfect after visiting the Nescafé Theater and exploring local parks. The staff was super helpful, especially with our breakfast choices. Expect a nice atmosphere and cozy rooms during your stay.
One downside was the lack of hot water for a couple of days, which was frustrating, especially without an explanation or an apology.

Unique rooftop pool area with stunning city views. Cozy lounge spaces perfect for relaxing with fellow travelers. Excellent breakfast spread, offering a nice start to the day.
Encountered a noisy garden party next to our room that kept us awake until 4 AM. Bikes advertised for guest use were mostly in poor condition, limiting our ability to explore the bike-friendly city. Lacked a kettle in the room, which made for inconvenient late-night tea cravings.

The Superior King Room was spacious and well-ventilated, which I really appreciated. The bed was huge and super comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. Everything was clean, and I liked the decor. The separate shower and the frosted glass loo were a bit odd, but they worked fine. Overall, just felt like a nice place to hang out after a long day in Santiago.
